Welcome This is Karen & Gary Swaim's website.  We are on a lifelong adventure in our community which is the best neighborhood we could ever have found, the RVing community.
We are currently traveling fulltime but have decided to plant some roots in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. Over the next year we will transition from our 2008 HR Navigator motorcoach to a non-slide Prevost bus conversion. This is a business decision since RV renovation is where our company, Custom Coach Connection is heading. As we continue to improve our new Tennessee customization & renovation facility we will also be renovating our newly acquired Prevost bus conversion as well as building our final home. This will mean less RV travel for us in the next few years, less need for our RV resort property in Happy Trails out in Arizona and more focus on efficient and innovative interior designs of RVs as well as a smart home design for our final traditional style home. 2010 should be an exciting year with lots of challenges for the Swaim family.
